For each leg you will need to make adjustments, you can find them under the Chain Mapping window. For each leg chain you will want to Enable IK and Set 'Blend to Source' to a value of 1.0 Switch from Perspective mode to Front for the Left Side and Back for the Right Side.... I wish they would make up their mind which direction they want to be Front/Back/Left/Right inside Unreal Engine..... You may wish to switch to Wireframe mode for this part. Adjust the Static Local Offset of the Foot so that it's ankle is roughly centered on the ankle of the other and it is touching the ground. Copy and Paste these to the other foot and Invert the Values. Most Character's have one side Mirrored during Rigging, this means the Rotation of the Bones are the Opposite. This is why you need to Invert the values. I don't think it's important to align the feet from the Front. If your Character's Stance seems to wide for some reason then it may be necessary but with character's that are bigger or smaller aligning the stance from the front will make it worse.
