If you have cloned the project then the order you combine the projects will matter. If you cloned it and want to keep up-to-date without the need to transfer files then you will want to keep the cloned project in-place and simply port the Game Animation Sample Project over to the Clone Folder. DO NOT OVERWRITE THE FILES IN THE DAO FOLDER! First Copy all of the selected files shown in the image under the Game Animation Sample you obtained from the Marketplace. (NOTE: DO NOT OVERWRITE ANY DAO FILES!!!!!!!! PEOPLE KEEP OVERWRITING THESE FILES AND THEN WONDERING WHY THE PROJECT DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED!!!!! DO NOT OVERWRITE ANY DAO FILES!!!!!!!!!!!!!) Next you will paste those files into the GASP-DAO Folder where you Cloned or Extracted the project. (It will ask you if you want to overwrite some files, say NO) Let me explain why you say 'No, I Do Not Want To Over-Write The DAO Project Files I Just Cloned': 1. The Project Settings include Gameplay Tags, the project needs these tags to both identify characters, Layering Settings, Animation Sets, and Items 2. The Skeletons from the Original GASP Project are included, this is because they need Sockets setup and positioned on them and if I do not provide those then you will need to set those up yourself. If you do not include the skeleton and try to run the game the Slots will not be attached to the character and items will not be attachable to the character. (NOTE: DO NOT OVERWRITE ANY DAO FILES!!!!!!!! PEOPLE KEEP OVERWRITING THESE FILES AND THEN WONDERING WHY THE PROJECT DOES NOT WORK AS EXPECTED!!!!! DO NOT OVERWRITE ANY DAO FILES!!!!!!!!!!!!!) If you Overwrite the files you will have to manually add the Gameplay Tag Tables back into the project settings and manually add sockets to ALL Characters and add Virtual Bones to the UEFN Character! Just a friendly reminder......DO NOT OVERWRITE THE DAO FILES!!! IT WILL BREAK THE PROJECT!!!!
