HeldObject State

When the HeldObject State is updated we update the Held Object Stance

I have this on an Interface Event in case we need to update this externally at some point in time. I may have needed to do that in the past but I don't believe I actually have a good reason for having this on a Blueprint Interface Event anymore.

The Notify Event is bound to the OnRep_HeldObjectStance, which in turn updates the IK Retargeter Settings for the Live Retargeted Characters. It's also responsible for updating the Held Object Offsets from the Data Assets.
